You can purchase units and use them as and when you require. If you are not happy with the system we will refund the equivalent cost of any unused units at any time upon your written request. Following Is An Example Of How Units Purchased Will Work For You.
On-Site Support For Labour Only – Units (From 10 To 20)
8 Working Hours Response Time (i.e. Next Day) 1 Unit Will Be Used For A Hardware Fault Parts Required Will Be Charged Separately For Software Problems 1 Unit Will Be Used For The First Hour And 1 Unit Per Hour Thereafter.
Same Day Response Booked Before 12 Noon 2 Units Will Be Used For A Hardware Fault Parts Required Will Be Charged Separately For Software Problems 2 Units Will Be Used For The First Hour And 1 Unit Per Hour Thereafter
